- Yoga Basics:
A class for beginners or those interested in a gentler practice, developing physical strength, and flexibility, breath awareness and concentrated mind.

Often called “vinyasa” yoga, this class offers a more challenging practice as you flow through a varied sequence of postures linked together with yogic breathing (ujjayi).
Athletic Flow
Yoga:
An invigorating class that begins with fundamental yoga postures and builds in intensity and endurance. Geared to the athlete and those looking for a great workout. Be prepared to sweat!
Nadi Flow:
An energetic class for mixed-level and intermediate-level students that explores the physical and subtle energy bodies with consciousness and steady breath. This practice of moving energy through the body’s nadis (nerve channels, or meridians) and chakras works progressively to build a synergy of strength, power, endurance, flexibility, agility, balance, proprioception (physical/body orientation in space), cardio-respiratory health and intention.
Astanga Flow:
- A vigorous sequential flow practice guided by the breath, developed by famous Indian yogi and disciple of Krishnamacharya, Sri K. Patthabi Jois. The specific postural sequences are designed to respectively detoxify the physical body (yoga chikitsa, the Primary Series) and balance the nervous system (nadi shodana, the Second Series) focusing the mind with victorious ujjayi breath.
IIyengar Yoga:
Developed by the famed Indian yogi, B.K.S. Iyengar, this introspective class allows for in-depth exploration of yoga postures, with attention to precise physical alignment and sense perception.
Mind, Body & Breath:
- This class begins with a restorative yin or moon yoga practice to open the hips in preparation for seated pranayama (breath work), and settle the mind for guided meditation. Learn some basic concentration and mind-focusing tools for developing a simple yoga and meditation practice at home.
Anusara Inspired Flow:
This Anusara-inspired class incorporates Universal Principles of Alignment, balanced energetic action, and a celebration of the Heart. A rigorous practice, yet deeply transformative, spiritually uplifting, and powerfully integrative, this Anusara class offers a new approach to Yoga where science, awareness, energy, and intention all blend within the light of the Heart.
Gentle Flow:
This class explores the basics of vinyasa or flowing yoga, where the student moves fluidly through yoga poses. The gentle flow class slows down the tempo to further explore and enjoy the alignment of each pose.
