Alicia brings enthusiasm and savoir-faire to her teaching. She engages in a combination of resistance weight training and all kinds of yoga, with a focus on restorative yoga and yoga for young teens. Alicia integrates qualities of versatility, insight and hands-on experience into her teaching which offers elements of ayurveda (nutrition & health), physical fitness, and psychology. She co-directed Yoga Mandala from 2005-2009, and the Yoga For Healthy Living program with Nicole, and has lead retreats with Colleen and Nicole. She has been teaching yoga to young ones, teens, adults and seniors for the past ten years and remains an active member of the Yoga Mandala community, offering us her light-hearted presence, and a few laughs along the way!
