Alicia co-owns Yoga Mandala with Nicole Bacon. Alicia came to yoga after
a sports injury forced her to try something new - she since has
shelved her running shoes and her gym membership AND healed her
body. Alicia completed her teacher training with Mary Hart at
Iron Crow Yoga in South Hamilton, MA, to whom she is eternally
grateful.
Alicia especially enjoys
teaching folks who are new to yoga. "When I first started
doing yoga, every single posture was hard for me. I developed
an enormous well of humility and concentration, not to mention
a HUGE sense of humor. I'd like to think I pass that along to my
students."
Alicia is currently studying
the benefits of yoga for those with stress and anxiety. She
looks forward to doing yoga with you!
