The world of our children and youth is filled to the brim with distractions of all kinds. This class encourages the young child to step away from the external diversions and participate more wholly in the process of learning to be in their bodies and discover the enchanting world of breath and song, rhythm and movement. Developed around the S.T.A.R. program (Success Through Accepting Responsibility), this class incorporates engaging yoga postures for the ‘busy’ body and meditation exercises for the young mind.
