Colleen is an avid yoga
practitioner and accomplished gymnast. She was introduced to
the Astanga yoga tradition by Nicole, and both sustain a regular
practice together. Colleen has attended yoga teacher trainings
with Nancy Gilgoff and studies with Zoë Stewart of Arlington,
MA. As a former competitive gymnast she appreciates the inclusion
of breath awareness and mindfulness of movement in the yoga tradition.
In her other life, Colleen is a wife, a mother of two, and a
social worker for children with Autism. She also teaches yoga
to adults with developmental disabilities, and designs and sells
her own jewelry line, CFK Jewelry.
